Still on the Fence?
Here are some questions you might have:
IS THIS VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON?
This is VIRTUAL training LIVE on Zoom.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TO ATTEND?
Nope, this training is completely free for my PRIVATE Sweetspot Mastermind clients, but we open it up to the public once a quarter.
IS THERE GOING TO BE A PITCH?
Nope, there won’t be any pitches. This training is going to be 100% value.
HOW DO I KNOW THIS ISN’T JUST ANOTHER “WEBINAR”?
It's for my clients to help them step into the call God has on their lives.
It's an implementation-based training workshop to get you fast results in two days. We actually do the work during the training, and you’ll get my feedback on what you create.
WHY ARE YOU OFFERING THIS FOR FREE?
This is a way for me to build your trust by getting you “results-in-advance.”
If it works out for you, then there’s a chance you might want to join some of my paid training.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS?
We’ve had people get ROI as soon as 30 days after this workshop.
HOW MUCH TIME WILL I NEED TO IMPLEMENT?
You’ll only need about 1-2 hours a week to implement this strategy.
WHAT IF I’M JUST STARTING OUT?
You don’t need to be seasoned to do this. We’ve had brand new want-to-be entrepreneurs and those who are up and running strong... ready to next level.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A BIG AUDIENCE OR FOLLOWING?
You don’t need an audience or following. We’ll give you exactly what you need to get that business built and running strong.

The first step of the A.C.T. Pathway™—the process from survival to wholeness in Christ

Who Is This For?
You know something is off.
You just haven't had a name for it.
This workshop is for the woman who looks like she has it together — but knows, deep down, she's been surviving instead of living.
The Woman Running on Empty
You are capable, driven, and still somehow exhausted. You keep pushing forward, but peace feels like a stranger. You're performing strength you don't actually feel.
The Leader Still Growing
You lead others, serve your community, show up for everyone — while quietly wondering if anyone sees what's really happening inside. You're ready to lead from wholeness, not wound.
The Woman Who Knows God Wants More
You sense a stirring. You know God is calling you somewhere deeper — further into wholeness, more truth, more of who He made you to be. But you don't know how to get there.
The Woman Ready for Truth
You're done with soft inspiration and quick fixes. You want something rooted in Scripture, honest about the process, and built to last beyond the next good season.
The Woman Stuck in the Story
You've gone from pain to testimony and back again — but the healing you thought you'd done keeps surfacing. You're ready to stop skipping the messy middle and do the real work.
The Woman Returning to Herself
Somewhere along the way you lost yourself — in roles, responsibilities, other people's expectations. You're ready to return to who God created you to be before survival became your identity.
What We'll Cover
1 Hours to Tell the Truth About Where You Are
This isn't a motivational event. This is a structured, Scripture-anchored workshop designed to help you stop surviving and start the real process of becoming whole. We don't skip the messy middle here. That's exactly where the transformation lives.
1 |
The Survival Pattern Diagnosis
Identify the specific pattern quietly running your life — and understand why it formed and how it's blocking your next.
2 |
What the Bible Says About Mind Renewal
A deep, practical look at Romans 12:2 — not as a verse you've heard before, but as a road map for real transformation from the inside out.
3 |
The A.C.T. Pathway™— Step One
Acknowledge. Confront. Transform. — the signature pathway from survival to wholeness. You'll leave with your first concrete step.
4 |
Live Activation Exercise
This is not a lecture. You'll do the work in the room and leave with clarity on what's been shaping you — and what God is inviting you into instead.
Bonus: Each attendee receives a private 1:1 session with Merline to apply what you learned to your specific story and next step. Space is limited.
IMAGINE FOR A MOMENT...
What Becomes Possible
When You Stop Surviving
You register for the workshop.
For the first time, you have language for what's been happening inside you. You understand why strength has felt so heavy. You see where the pattern started — and more importantly, where it doesn't have to end.
And 60 days later, your life looks different — not because you performed better, but because you finally told the truth.
You are living from identity, not performance — and the peace in your home and leadership reflects it
You've stopped going from pain to testimony without processing the middle — and healing is actually sticking
The women around you feel the difference. You're leading from wholeness, not wound
Your relationship with God has moved from obligation to genuine intimacy — because you're no longer hiding
You know your next step. Not the whole path — just the faithful step God is calling you into right now
And it all started with one honest decision to stop skipping the messy middle
WORKSHOP BONUS
Every Attendee Gets a Private Follow-Up with Merline
After the workshop, each participant receives a personal session with Merline to apply what you learned directly to your story, your pattern, and your next step. This is not a group call. This is for you.
Space is intentionally kept small so Merline can know each attendee well.
WHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING
Real Woman
Real Transformation
“
I didn't realize I had been operating in survival mode my entire adult life. Merline doesn't let you stay comfortable with a surface answer. She helps you actually see what's been running you — with so much grace and truth.
SARAH M. · LEADERSHIP COACH
“
I've been to conferences. I've read the books. This was different. Merline teaches in a way that reaches the woman beneath all the functioning — and that's exactly who needed to hear this.
DANIELLE K. ·
MINISTRY LEADER
“
I came in thinking I was mostly healed. I left knowing I'd been skipping the messy middle my whole journey. Scripture-rooted, real, and life-changing.
