FROM SURVIVAL TO WHOLENESS
There was a season when my life looked nothing like it does today. For decades I lived a very fast pace life with little to no room to breathe. I lived a highly functional high achieving life of survival. Like many women, I knew how to keep going. I knew how to function. I knew how to show up for others even when I was carrying broken pieces of my own.
After a life-altering accident, physical pain, emotional weight, and the challenges that followed, I found myself overwhelmed in my body, exhausted in my mind, and weary in my soul. I could no longer function in the capacity I identified my life with. And the worst part I didn't know who I was after all those labels fell off.
But God had something greater in mind.
He wasn't calling me to function.
He was calling me into a 1 Thessalonians 5:23 lived experience, "May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ."
Over time, I watched God fufill the promises of His Word over my life.
He exchanged brokenness for beauty, pain for purpose, striving for surrender, confusion for clarity, and survival for wholeness. He renewed my mind, healed places in my soul I didn't even know needed healing, and anchored my identity in Christ. So, today, I live, teach, love, and serve from a place govern in peace and confident in my identity in Christ.
And then women began to ask.
As soul was prospering people around me noted the changes God made in my life and wanted the formula. They asked questions like: who prayed over me — by name. Who laid hands on me. What my husband's role was in any of it. They wanted something specific something tangible. Something they could trace. Something they could replicate. I had no receipts to give them.
Just one name. I had only one answer.

I am evidence of His goodness — not a method.

My heart is to walk alongside you as you grow in faith, hope, and biblical truth. As a Christian mind renewal coach, speaker, author, Army veteran, and founder of The Uncommon U. Through biblical teaching, discipleship, coaching, retreats, and community, I equips Christian women to move from living in survival into a life of wholeness by renewing their minds, embracing their identity in Christ, and being formed into His image.
Drawing from my own journey of resilience, faith, and transformation, I helps women break free from limiting beliefs, cultivate emotional and spiritual health, and live out their unique God-given calling with courage and purpose.
