Merline Ulloth is an author, certified life coach, military veteran, speaker, and podcast host who is currently deepening her theological training at Dallas Theological Seminary. Through her writing, teaching, and speaking, she encourages others to move beyond survival and embrace wholeness, purpose, and spiritual formation in Christ.

With a background in leadership, mentoring, and training within military communities, she has spent decades helping women navigate high-pressure environments while addressing the hidden costs of burnout and an identity rooted in performance. Drawing from both professional experience and her own journey through adversity, Merline brings authenticity, wisdom, and hope to every audience she serves.

She holds firmly to two Scriptures that anchor her message: Romans 12:2—"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind"—and Galatians 4:19—"until Christ is formed in you." Together they shape her conviction that true transformation is not about striving harder, but about allowing God to renew the mind, heal the heart, and form Christ within us.

Whether speaking, coaching, writing, or leading women in her local church, Merline is passionate about helping others move from survival to wholeness and into a life of ongoing transformation in Christ.
